The points system was 8-6-4-2 with 1 point for fastest lap.

* Drivers could only count their best eight results, but points from different capacity classes were added together.

Race results often only included the first three cars in each class.  The points allocated to Edward Lewis at Snetterton and Paddy Hopkirk at Oulton Park are speculative. 
I do not have 4th place results for these races.

There is some confusion over whether the race at Mallory Park for cars under 1300 cc counted towards the Championship.  It has not been included in the table as if the points
are included then the totals do not make sense.
